Located behind the city center – 7 minutes walk from the port, the beach of the city center and shops – in a quiet and secure residence, with a swimming pool reserved for residents.

You will enjoy a large park with trees and fenced, with small sea view, in peace.
A parking space is allocated to you in the residence.

You will reside on the first (and only) floor – served by an elevator – in a bright 72m2 space.

Living room

A welcoming room of 35m², equipped with an American kitchen and a dining area with its friendly round table, induction hob with hood, fridge freezer, multifunction combined oven/ microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances (filter coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, kitchen accessories and dishes with wine glasses and champagne flutes).

Relaxation area

A 3-seater sofa with coffee table, flat screen TV, free WIFI connection and speaker connected. The bay window opens to the south west on a terrace of 13m² with table and chairs, and bench rest. An electric awning will guarantee you the necessary shade while enjoying the open view of the pool and the hills.

Each of the rooms offers a garden side view, south-east orientation.

Swimming pool

Secured swimming pool of 15m x 7m in the grounds of the residence open every day from 9h to 21h, on the period from 15 April to 15 October.
